Brno Regional Court acquits action filed by GTS Novera

PRAGUE (CIA) - GTS Novera has been successful at the Regional Court in Brno with its action filed against the decision of the Office for the Protection of Competition (UOHS) regarding a contract for telecommunications services of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute. The judgment of the Regional Court in Brno cancels the previous UOHS decision. The issue was referred back to the UOHS chairman for further procedure.
