CBRE: Office rentals in Prague up 50% last year

PRAGUE (ČIA) – Over 325,000 m2 of office space was rented out in Prague last year, up 50% y/y, the firm CBRE has informed. CBRE’s market research department head Jana Prokopcová has stated that the high demand was driven mainly by renegotiations, which totalled 98,500 m2. Ms. Prokopcová has stated that this was the highest amount of premises ever renegotiation in one calendar year.
