CRa continues to make DTV broadcasting denser

PRAGUE (CIA) - At the end of August, Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa) will launch more digital signal enhancers in the Usti Region and in the border areas. The new signal enhancers will be launched in Usti nad Labem, Decin, Velky Senov and Sluknov. CRa is launching them based on the requests of its customers and after measuring the digital-signal coverage of the given area.

Foreign firms in CR less affected by crisis than Czech ones
The economic downturn in 2009 had a different impact on local companies depending on their ownership structure. The "Foreign Firms in the Czech Republic" study prepared by Drahomíra Dubská, head of the analytical department at the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ), shows that Czech private firms saw the deepest fall in the crisis year with their gross added value sinking 11.7% compared with the previous year.
