PRAGUE (ČIA) – According to the Czech Photovoltaic Industrial Association (CZEPHO), the current wording of the bill on supported energy sources does not ensure stable and predictable conditions, thus preventing long-term business in the sector. According to the draft discussed by the Senate, which returned it to the Lower House, the support will depend on the fulfilment of the limits stipulated by the National Action Plan. CZEPHO claims that ca. 6,000 employees in the segment of photovoltaic power plants will lose their jobs.
