PRAGUE (ČIA) - Eaton has announced in cooperation with agency Czech Invest and ČVUT the opening of a new Innovation Center in Prague. The center will undertake research focusing on the development of energy efficient power supply systems and the electrification of transport, transport vehicles and aviation applications. Eaton plans to employ up to 50 people at the center in the first year. Their number should increase to 300 within five years. The investment costs for the construction of the center were not disclosed by the company.
