PRF: 110,000 m2 of offices to be completed this year

PRAGUE (ČIA) – The total size of the modern office premises in Prague reached 2.8 mln m2 as of the end of 2011. “A” class buildings account for 69% of the total area, while the rest is formed by “B” class premises. This stems from the data by the Prague Research Forum (PRF). PRF foresees the completion of ca. 110,000 m2 of new office space this year.
